Our team

RESET is a wellness service of Omaha Integrative Care, a collaborative health & wellness clinic offering mental health therapy, psychiatric medication management, primary medical care, yoga, massage, acupuncture, and more. Like our clinic, our team of RESET coaches are multidisciplinary and bring diverse expertise and perspectives to coaching and experiential learning sessions.

Our approach

Organizations are living, breathing systems that shape and are shaped by the individuals within them. Each of our RESET services are centered on systems thinking, experiential learning, mental health training, and relationship building. Using education and realtime practices, our coaches empower participants to engage with stress in a new way through embodiment and resilience.

About Carole (she, her, hers)

Carole is a RESET Coach at OIC and leads OIC’s yoga teacher training program. She has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1995, and teaching since 2005. She has held various leadership roles throughout her career, as well as owning her own business and leading retreats around the world. Her experience, education, and continued studies inform what she shares and how. Her background, experience and education in the field of mental health fuels her “why”.

With both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Psychology, Carole has worked in various organizations and nonprofits over the years. Her previous roles included: therapist, children’s advocate, behavior interventionist, crisis stabilization coordinator, parent educator, childbirth educator, and mental health coordinator. She has found an integrative bridge between her yoga and mental health passions through various modalities including Mindfulness, Somatics, and Mind/Body Coaching.

Specifically in regards to coaching, Carole is a graduate of both the Duke Health and Well-Being Coaching program and the MindBody Somatics Coaching program with Embody Lab. Carole is also certified in ORSC Level One, the PrinciplesYou and PrinciplesUs assessments, as well as being certified through Level 3 with Quantum Human Design™.

Carole’s coaching and teaching style is warm and welcoming. Her sessions focus on facilitating personal development and fostering a growth mindset, both of which contribute to success in the workplace and at home. In her 1:1 Coaching, Executive Leadership Coaching, and group coaching sessions, Carole draws inspiration from many varied topics such as Humanistic Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Somatics, Breathwork, Emotional Regulation, Polyvagal Theory, Yoga, Mindfulness, and more. Embodying the growth mindset she advocates, Carole is always reading a book, listening to a podcast, and/or enrolled in a course to help her stay on the forefront of the latest developments in health, well-being, and coaching.

Carole’s diverse background across many related fields allows her to share her skills from an embodied presence, which helps create a fertile field for each person to have their own transformative experience.
